I cannot even give this company a 1 star. The manager, Mason, has been extremely rude to me and my staff on more than one occasion. A colleague borrowed items from our unit for an event and then returned them and dropped the keys off with the manager on duty; who said "no problem, we'll put them in her file" - The next time we go to drop off items are our unit and go to Mason, to retrieve our keys, he says they are not in my folder and cannot find them anywhere. He says the man who accepted our keys no longer works there (how is that our problem?) and shouldn't have accepted them in the first place. Again, how is that our problem - that's called employee training. He DID accept them and it's their responsibility for said "lost" keys now. He had to cut our (expensive, nice) lock off the unit and put a crummy temporary lock on. When my assistant called me from the storage facility to explain the situation I asked her to put Mason on the phone - his response is that the other guy shouldn't have accepted the keys. He took ZERO responsibility for the fact that an employee of this company did in fact accept our keys and now they are lost. He said, "I've had enough of talking to you" while I was mid sentence telling him that it's not our problem and to please find the keys. When my colleague called to confirm that she did indeed drop off the keys with another employee for our unit, she said Mason was also EXTREMELY RUDE and said to her, "I don't know why you're letting this ruin all of your's day." This is after, the day before...we came to the storage facility and arrived there at 5:55 to unload one small load; to find the doors/gate already closed and the business closed. I called, he answered, and I said that the hours they state on their website is that it's open until 6:00pm; he said they close at 5:45 so that people don't keep him later. I suggested that they should let that be known and post that on their website and/or the voicemail message they have when you call the facility. HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Mason, in my opinion, should be either taught some professional skills as to how to interact with the public - the public that rents from this storage facility and who pays for his job! or be fired from his position. He is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not have the appropriate skills necessary in order to work with customers' issues and complaints.

My family needed a quick solution to an unexpected storage problem and the people at Fremont Bridge Mini-Storage could not have been more accommodating. Mason got us going with a five month, six month free deal, and just that alone was enough to relieve the stress of getting our own disorganized things in order. We are keeping all of our precious items (and a few snow shoves) at Fremont Bridge Mini-Storage from now on, they're great, friendly, and safe.
