The first time I visited this dry cleaning on April 22nd or 23rd. I brought 3 blazers to clean I got the response that everything will be ready in 2 days, and they can do dry cleaning for all of 3 blazers without any issues. On April 26th, I went to pick them up. When I start checking my blazers it appears that they were NOT cleaned at all. An Armenian lady on the front tried to give me my jackets dirty back and charge me for the services that never been performed. She smiled and said, "Oh, I am sorry, I did not notice it, can you wait a few more days?" Well, I left my blazers for a few more days. On May 1st, I stopped by to pick it up again. One blazer was cleaned ok. Another had a few sports that I had to remove again. The last one got suddenly even dirtier. Again, the same lady said "oh, maybe they did not see it. Let me charge you now and you will leave this one with us again" At this moment I did stupid mistake when I agreed to leave it again with them. 2 weeks later (I was on a business trip and could not pick it up earlier), I went to pick it up and what I saw - my blazer was destroyed. I had a huge stain like from something wet in the back with damaged material on it. I was shocked. That blazer cost me $120 + dry cleaning $39 for 3 blazers and they not only performed poor service with first 2 blazers but also totally destroyed the last one. I showed the spot to the lady that charged me before. She said "What I expected? They try but could not remove the stain" When I pointed on the huge spot and damaged material she said that "it's ok". No apology form her, nothing. How can you give someone damaged clothes and say "it's ok"? I was so upset, I asked for a refund. She said "NO! You need to talk with the owner tomorrow during the day!" She did not care that I have work during a day or she just gave me my blazer that they deserved and also charged me for it. After a few minutes arguing with her, I understood that this place if hopeless... I left it with $39 charge and totally unwearable blazer. Do not come to this place if you love your clothes and want just dry clean it.

I was under a time crunch and I needed a quick fix on a bridesmaid dress. Erica was there and she was so friendly and so helpful and so quick! I will come back just because of her!
