Fresh Coat just finished painting the exterior of our split-level home, and we could not be happier with the process or the result. After interviewing and receiving bids from four local painting companies, we chose FC not just because we thought their price was fair, but also because they seemed best at communicating clearly and promptly, and understanding exactly what we wanted. One week before starting the work, FC President Justin Engelbach and his foreman (Martin) met us at the house to go over the details of the work and answer questions. At our request, Justin offered his thoughts on our tentative color choices. He suggested that we consider changing one of our colors to harmonize better with the others, and provided a sample of the color he recommended. We went with his recommendation, and were very glad we did—Justin has a great eye for color! After most of the work was done, Martin took us on a preliminary walk-around, pointing out several places where he was not completely satisfied (we would not have even noticed most of them). The crew redid those, completed the project on schedule, and we think the final result is perfectly beautiful—thank you Justin, Martin, and crew!
