Multiple calls and texts with no response. The permanent straightening didn't take and she hasn't returned any calls or texts from my daughter. Nearly $200 in service fees paid with absolutely nothing to show for it.
Natanya offered a service, was paid for the service and she didn't deliver the agreed upon results. She has yet to respond to inquiries to offer correction or resolution. ... And my daughter is out nearly $200.

If you are looking to get balayage done, you NEED to visit Fresh Mane! Natanya did a beautiful job on my hair, and I get compliments on it all the time. I couldn't have been happier with how my hair turned out.

I have been to MANY hairstylist during my lifetime, and trust me, I am picky. But Natanya at Fresh Mane went above and beyond to satisfy my hair needs! I have "long" and thick 'asian' hair which is pretty difficult to work with. It takes a lot of time to do and usually hairstylist tend to rush with my hair leaving me with mediocre or bad results. But Natanya worked patiently with my hair so we could reach the desired results. Even though my hair takes much longer than usual to do special services like balayage on, Natanya took as long as it needed and the results were everything I asked for! I also love how she takes pride in keeping the integrity of the hair as I have had stylists literally burn my hair off with bleach. Trust me, this stylist knows what she is doing, and is passionate about it! Can't wait until my next appointment!
