I used to feel anxious whenever I’d go to a dentist, until I met my dentist Dr. Prakash and the amazing staff at Fresh Smile. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome, and the feeling has never faded. The waiting area has colorful paintings of foliage and city scenes created by one of Fresh Smile’s patients. There’s also an inviting little tree lamp on a shelf that’s loaded with books about nature, cooking, and other interesting topics to peruse. They’ve even got a cozy little window nook with pillows for kids to enjoy.
This sense of community is also present in the way the team at Fresh Smile approach their practice. I went from being a person who needed to listen to my favorite songs on repeat to get through a whole dental cleaning, to the patient who can’t wait to tell them about my latest drawing series during my visit. Each member of the team has the ability to get to know their patients on a human level that makes being there a high quality experience both dentally and as members of a vibrant community. Their dental techniques and personalities are truly stellar!
I love this dental place from the hygienist, front desk persons, to Dr Prakash and also the other Doctor lady I forgot her name. Everyone is caring and if you worried about teeth sensitivity they are really careful to not aggravate your teeth during cleanings. Dr Prakash is so kind and I like that he seems to be very respectful to his employees too as well as patients.
I had these major coffee stains on only my front teeth that was making me incredibly self conscious. The female doctor was able to remove them with polish just during my regular cleaning appointment (no extra charge). I really appreciated that she helped me fix this and reassure me about this as well.
