On a perfect April day on Lopez Island, my family needed a medication from a pharmacy. The Lopez pharmacy was closed on Saturday. I had to go to Anacortes or Friday Harbor. It was early. I was groggy. Mistakes were made. Like I left my cell phone behind... I went to Anacortes then to Friday Harbor.I had a short window to get the meds and back on a boat or I'm have a five hour wait for the next one. Normand Richard RPH worked with my tight time frame, guided me to make sure I had the right supporting documentation, got me what I needed and out the door just in time to catch that ferry. His staff was engaging and exuded a happy energy. His physical space is laid out so that customer/patients have a spot for private conversations with him. I know I don't like sharing my affairs with random strangers. ANd he was thoughtful and direct. Thanks to them and high recommendations too. Jim O'Donnell, Seattle
