After 34 years of faithful service, our old subzero refrigerator finally died. We went to Friedmans where we had had good service in the past and KAMBIZ helped us very attentively and competently pick out a new one that fit exactly in our built-in space. Fortunately, that particular unit was available locally and we got it within a week. Marc Reed and his group installed very quickly and efficiently with no problems and so we were not without refrigeration for more than a few days. Both Friedman and Mark installation company were very professional and we couldn’t be happier.

Get your appliances here and not at a big box store! Amazing showroom, amazing customer service from Jeannie, amazing install and delivery. We came in, placed our order, ate some of their free ice cream and drinks (yes they have free food and drinks as their entire showroom is a working showroom), and got our new washer dryer the next day. It was hot af out, our street had some construction so it was hard to park, but the installers did their job and hauled away our old washer and dryer in an hour! And they were on time. Everyone was super knowledgeable too and seemed like they genuinely cared about their jobs. We are thrilled that we bought our appliances here.

Happy customers! We worked with Pedro Smith in purchasing a new built-in microwave to replace our old microwave that was discontinued. Pedro was able to sell us a different brand that fit into the area we had, without changing the trim. Pedro referred us to Custom Installations, and Marc Reed and his partner, Walter, constructed a platform and secured our new microwave into our cabinet. Both Pedro (Friedmans) and Marc Reed (Custom Installations) did an excellent job meeting our needs!
