I have had mobile dog groomed in the past And was very happy with the service, so I decided to look around for another one. I have large breed dogs, old English sheepdogs. I called to get a quote for a bath, haircut, nail trim and she wanted to charge me $178 EACH DOG!!!!!!!!

when we spoke on the phone the lady said she would be here then 10th at 8:30 am so the 10th came and no one showed , then I call and she said no I said the 17th not the 10th so we waited ANOTHER week (the side of their Van literally says grooming within 24 to 48 hours of call) well guy comes at 9:30 which keep in mind lady told me 8:30 Well we had four dogs in total our first dog cut was great , second with our Pomerania was good too. But our last two we wanted a breed cut (guy never done it before but said they would look to pictures) Papillon those two are and he was so CHOPPY with the ears . The guy who did the cuts was great for customer service and had a great attitude needs more experience as we gave dogs breed over the phone while setting the appointment if he didn’t know how someone else should of came . In total the price came to 450 which was crazy to me for pricing. Would definitely go somewhere else next time.

If i could give a negative ten review i would! They practically ended our senior dog's life. They arrived 3 hours early when primary owner was not home, sent someone who could not lift the dog (were told this would be required), charged full cost when they left this senior dog sopping wet. Traumatized this 16 year old dog so thoroughly she still hasn't recovered. Thinking of sueing!!!
