Very friendly from the first phone call. Patient and interested when listening to my description of the problem. Looked at my car with me when I brought it by to check them out to get a feel for the business and to get a quote. They are on the high side for labor cost but it is totally worth it! They didn't nickle and dime me on labor cost and their parts cost mark up was very minimal compared to auto parts stores in town.
With all this being said, the best part is they found the problem that was so weird and removed from the initial symptoms aaaand it fixed a noise that I had given up on years ago. Very, very impressed. I never write reviews but I am so thankful that I feel I should pass this information on. The only reason why I don't want to leave a review is because I kind of don't want too many people to know about this place! Selfishly of course ;-)
