If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my son here over a year ago. I specifically asked for him to have an evaluation done so that we could get him better support and care. I was told they could and would do that. Fast forward to this year, I get his records and the diagnosis was nothing more than a list of character traits and "unspecified". Basically saying they don't know what's wrong with him, but there is something. Honestly I'd be embarrassed to put my name on those records if I were that doctor. It makes them look like a quack. Come to find out you actually have to have a referral from the child's doctor before they'll do an assessment and then there is nearly a year long waiting list. My son still needs help and all they can say is "I'm so sorry, I understand this is frustrating." Are you kidding me?! If I were told the parameters in the first place this review could have gone much differently. Make sure you are extremely specific in what you are needing or they will do whatever they want so they can bill your insurance. Unfortunately, they seem to be more concerned about lining their pockets than helping people, especially desperate people.

The patient, in after waiting on the in doctor and check in and vitals received barely 10 minutes of the prescribers time. You feel as though you are not an individual nor valued to be listened to. I am at a crucial and lowest point and the prescriber was still unwilling listen and try anything new. She heard what she wanted to hear and nothing that I was saying. I have never felt any lower than I do right now!! 😒☹️😕😕

Well LOL we have a bunch of "high-needs" people writing 1 star reviews, I am one of these people but I'm not publicly ridiculing a business to the point of deformation of business' character. Yeah its state funded, yeah there's probably a massive line of people needing help, no they don't have the funding to properly keep up to "OUR" standards, YES they do help people when they listen properly. No, your 1 star experience isn't needed to hear about our dysfunctional lives, inability to get an appointments, abuse from the underpaid Councilors for over ten years... WHO TAKES ABUSE FOR 10 YEARS FROM A PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC? NO ONE DOES THAT, LIES!... You can make me believe that there are a lot of people who need honest help. Can't make me believe they're responsible for our inability to raise kids and blame it on a clinic for our missing day of work? Missing day of intake? The councilors don't get paid enough for this to be considered a career, yet it's war when the intake didn't get going... Our councilors don't get paid enough to be abused publicly. Go to another clinic its that simple, the time we spent writing that 1 star review could have been spent helping productively helping ourselves.
