There is a tech by the name Chris who continues to call me a man due to my voice being deep it's happened four times to be exact. I asked him can I speak to a supervisor then he asked for my 4 digit PIN he refuses to transfer me over to a higher supervisor. This unexceptionable.

Does not allow you to cancel service online. You must call a number between their business hours.
I will remove 1 star reviews from all Frontier locations when this is changed.
