Bad customer services, our business phone out of service we tried to call tech support for over 2 hours on hold...and then disconnected. Our business phone line out of service all the time, and their service very expensive.

Worst internet provider I’ve ever had. Literally no one available to help with technical issues - automated system only. Shouldn’t be allowed to be in business if you have no one to help with active technical issues.

ZERO out of 10!!! They said we have thirty days to try it out and we can cancel during that time. Tried it for a few days and it is bad internet service so decided to cancel and now they're saying we need to pay $200+ to cancel. False advertisement. Don't trust their vendors. WE ARE NOW FORCED TO STAY WITH THEM? HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! THE WORST! Sorry I'm very upset.
