Excellent experience all the way through the process. Caring staff and provider. Dr. Xiong did an awesome job and was so kind. Felt well cared for! Highly recommend.

I was told I didn't have a copay and now months later I am getting a bill. I was not able to get in with my regular dermatologist so I made an appointment with here instead. T=My dermatologist usually gives me my BC and I was out this one said she doesn't prescribe BC but if I couldn't get in she would prescribe me a months worth. I called back later that week to say I couldn't get a drs appointment for over a month and she said she wasn't comfortable prescribing it even though she said she would. What a waste of a copay so disappointed with the communication or lack there of.

Where do I sign up for the Frontier Dermatology fan club in Longview Washington? If Dr. Katie Hertzog is available for new patients DO ask for her!! If her sweet personality weren't enough, she spotted a TINY cancer on my forehead and had me in for treatment asap. Her aftercare has been wonderful. I am sure, due to her specific teaching, that my scar will be minimal. It sounds dramatic, but Dr. Hertoz may have saved my life. Melanoma is a tough skin cancer, but her early invention has given me a most positive prognosis. The staff is great, too. What a wonderful team! Thank you for your excellent care!
