We had to buy a new car with a growing family, and our ford focus was getting old anyways. Frontier was super friendly, fast, and had the best price available. Another customer broke the mirror off our new car, and frontier had a new mirror within 24 hours fixed and repaired no issues! We really appreciate the new Escape!

Found truck online stopped by unannounced and ready to fit. Was ready for the usual go around and spin. Such as let me show you this other vehicle or what can we do to get your business today. What’s stopping you from making a deal today ? Absolutely no pressure no “sales” Ryan explained everything I wanted to know as well as Lance. Both fantastic guys. When I had the information I wanted and was ready to leave again no pressure to make a deal. Told them I’d call them the following day which I did and said I would. I told them I would look at another over the weekend and get back to them. No problem no pressure again. No frantic phone calls or texts or emails trying to force things. Fantastic experience all th way around. Very happy dealing with the professionals at Frontier ford. When the time comes, will come back fire sure.

When we bought our car almost a year ago Andre sold us a service and warranty package with our car. I'd actually never bought one before. Wasn't really sure it was worth it until the all-wheel drive system failed in the car. The car still drove, but eventually we would need that all-wheel drive. The warranty and service package completely covered the quite expensive cost to fix the system as well as a few other issues they found. I really appreciate the quick turnaround on the car and The awesome work by the service department.
