they came out to fix brand new toilets that don’t flush properly and there was a small leak on the same toilet, and he couldn’t even tighten to prevent leak

My hot water heater went out this weekend. Called the manufacture and they gave me Frontier's number and told me they would ship out the part next day. Called Frontier and they told me they could be out within a couple of hours and they had the parts in stock! That I could just drop off the part being sent to me later on. I was so shocked and grateful! Romaldo showed up on time and was very fast and efficient! Within hours I have a working hot water heater! That is good customer service! I know who I will be contacting if I ever need a plumber again!
