Difficult to believe this place has gotten any good reviews and can stay open with such poor business practices. The folks are friendly - so we've been trying to be patient and use them since June when my hub got a new job. However, one time - our only day off - we went to p/u on a day they were supposed to be open and they had taken a WEEK LONG vacation w/o telling us when we dropped off. Then this week, we went in to p/u at their opening hour 2 days in a row - and waited for 15 minutes + each time and they were NO SHOWS. Hub had to get to work. This will be the last time.He has the only vehicle - so we can't be flexible or patient with this any longer. Sad.
