I got flooring done by FSI design in my home and while overall its good, theres some major issues they havent fixed in literally 3 months now. The flooring has hairline fractures in places and part of the flooring on the stairs was lifting. And the long wait is not just that theres a supply shortage or something. About 3 months ago, I had a long email conversation with them and explained the situation, and at a certain point they just stopped answering and stopped giving me updates. Its been a month since the last time ive spoken with Lettie, their representative, despite me emailing last week. Before Lettie, I was speaking with christine. I cant even ask to talk to a supervisor because no one will get back to me.

Whats more frustrating, we called them in regards to a carpet problem (again their installation) and FSI came out and fixed it, granted after a loooong wait. But I showed the carpet people the problem with the faux hard wood and they made it worse. Before, it was peeling. Then they cut it off. So now you cant even use glue to fix it.

So not only did they make the problems worse, they also wont communicate. Im almost convinced theyre just hoping they can ignore the problem until it goes away. I attached the pic of the stairs that they made worse as an example.
