Just came back from Fuji Ink Block after leaving another place where the food was less than ideal, me and my sister made our way there and were seated immediately. From the decor to the service by Ming, it was fantastic. He was so attentive that he even made my green tea stronger upon asking. The fried calamari was superb, very light and well seasoned. On his recommendation I had some sushi I forgot the name of and it was so good. We even got to try their new dessert not yet on the menu and I can tell you the chocolate lovers will die for. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Thank you Ming, your service was amazing.

Took my mom and siblings here for her birthday because her only wish is that the kids get what they want! It’s been quite a tradition to celebrate any of our birthdays at any of the Fuji locations for the past few years. JPFuji Group never disappoints!!! Love their attention to details, immaculate food and service. Highly recommend for any party! They will accommodate to your needs and they have ample street parking and a lot in the back for 90 min. Drinks were beautifully crafted by Terrance & Hugo. Best bartenders in town is here! Dessert was also specially made by Chef Rob! There’s always a rotation of special desserts every other week!

This is a great place to try true japanese cuisine. Everything is prepared with care. We had the gyoza (good), the sashimis (excellent) and bento boxes (great choice to try a bit of everything). The place is beautiful with a real luxury vibe. Prices are variable, but globally in the range of a japanese restaurant of this quality.
