David Kowal was extremely helpful and cooperative to help my family of five move into a significantly larger condo. He went above and beyond the expectations, including continuing to communicate with us even after we had officially moved in and was even able to advocate for us and secure a set of rugs to help reduce the sound that might leak into our downstairs neighbor’s unit!
