I had my first ever claim opened, I was so stressed and nervous at first. Danny with full house restoration helped me through the process of opening my claim and made it so much simpler. He handled the whole process for me which definitely took some of my worries away. They tore apart my house with everything that was damaged. They surprised me with how clean they did their work and how fast as well. When they finished removing and drying everything out, we had to wait for the insurance company to approve everything, within this process they kept in touch with me and updated me every other day. Then the process began and Doug was just amazing, he came over and explained everything that we could do, face to face. We made it where i didn't have to pay my deductible and he made my home look amazing. All of his guys did an amazing job on my house, and they explained the whole process for me so i wouldn't freak out.
