I have attended a few funerals here. They always offer the best service. When I arrived everything was setup and professional. The service I attended was very peaceful, the room was clean and allowed me to be in the moment. The director was a very nice man and was very enjoyable to speak with.

Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to be reevaluated, how can you have an employee that laughs in the face of a grieving family, OMAR and the rest of the staff don’t care whether your family member gets the best treatment, Once you give them the money they basically block your number and make you feel crazy when you ask for the bare minimum of customer service. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY, BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM. If I could give them a 0 I would
