It was 3 of us experiencing the restaurant for the first time.
We are food lovers and alway look for a new place to explore and I rarely leave a bad review unless it is really bad or being treated badly.
The front desk was friendly and professional.
We were 5 minutes early and they said our table was not ready yet so we went to the rooftop to check things out as it is a 3 stories restaurant. One of us got one drink for $28 without tip which I now believe is outrageously expensive.
At last we went downstairs to be seated. One of the host took us to the second floor, and with no exaggeration, our table was 4 feet away in front of the elevator. We did not make a big deal out of it but we were not happy about it at the same time.
We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pasta dishes. The 2 pizzas came relatively quick and they were great. However it took a long time for the pastas to come to the point that we were about to cancel it. One of them finally was brought to our table but it was not cooked and it was tasteless which we asked the waitress to take it back. The second pasta came about 5 minutes later and was worse than the first one, not only it was not cooked but tasted like chemical.
When we told the waitress about the second pasta, instead of apologizing for the bad experience we had, she disrespected us by saying the chef is the best chef in America meaning we don't no nothing about food.
We were very disappointed and will never go there again.
