“ This company is 100% trash for customer service. Avoid them at all cost. They are not transparent in their costs or list of services provided, and are confrontational when engaged in a professional manner and tone”
They will berate you, be aggressive and lie about how you talk to them.
This company is 100% trash for customer service. Avoid them at all cost. They are not transparent in their costs or list of services provided, and are confrontational when engaged in a professional manner and tone.
For reference, their service was to repair a newer mini-split HVAC system, and they refused to share these details with me (the homeowner) the cause of root cause of failure, and methods and material used for repair. Yet, they did send an invoice to get paid by my home warranty.
