Customer service is awful. We were looking at a couch that they had on the floor that had obvious stains on one cushion. To which the salesman even noticed himself and acknowledged. The salesman we were talking to was going to give us a 5% discount but some lady came up and hijacked the sale and told us that it was in fact not a stain and rudely said the price that it was, was good enough. And she said “I can sell this to anyone on a good day, I’m NOT discounting it.”
Blonde lady was extremely rude and even went on to interrupt our conversation while checking out to try and sell us the protection plan.
Don’t bother giving your business here. Precious Cargo in Springdale has similar prices with better selection and actually good customer service. :)
Note: The sales lady said that it was not a water stain and it was just how the fabric of the couch looked despite that being the only spot on the entire couch like that. When we received the couch that was boxed up, we carefully inspected it and to no one’s surprise there was nothing on the entire couch that looked like that water damage on the floor model.
