I ordered a couch, recliner, coffee table and end table. The couch was delivered BROKEN. The recliner had nail heads as an accent that were nailed in crooked when it should have been a straight line. I wanted to return them but was informed of their NO RETURN policy. They replaced it with a differnent sectional. It had charging ports on each side of the couch. I have had it for a month and the charching port stopped working. When my coffee table was delivered, it was chipped and scratched. Like someones screw driver slipped when they were putting it together, about a 4 inch long gash. It is a lift table and was assembled poorly. One of the sides that lifted would not lay flush on the top of the table. While the sales people, Susie and Maria are very nice, the majority of the employees are very good at passing the buck. "Its the company" is the excuse they give. You can never leave a message as the "system is broken". This furniture is cheaply made, and you certainly pay more than it worth. I am now stuck with 3000 worth of furniture that is sub par. They should have just allowed me to cancel my order and walk away. I will never reccomend this company to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Update: Mariela, Diana, Susan and Yvonne will lie straight to your face or over the phone. I have also noticed these are some of the same names of people giving good feedback on Google. BUYER BEWARE!

Good customer service. I found the reclining couches I wanted. It was easy to financed too.

Do not go to this place they will not deliver on the date they say. Very hostile people save your money
