I would rate higher than 5 stars, were that an option. From ease of scheduling, to on-time appointment arrival, this was an outstanding experience. The technician was respectful of the home while conducting repairs for a recently purchased piece of wooden furniture. Frankly, I didn't think that it would be repairable to satisfaction. His mastery of repair techniques brought the piece back to pristine condition; frankly I am unable to isolate the previously damaged area.

A true craftsman in my view!

Just had Henry/Haratch at our home. Henry did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and expedient. He was in and out, in about 20 minutes. Very nice guy, I would recommend. He fixed/replaced the frame on our power sofa. It now reclines as it should.

This company is very professional.
