Thank you! * our experience was mixed because the first time we came in to look at recliners, they verbalized the 'sub total' chair price, plus delivery plus Idaho sales tax. nothing said about sales tax if the customer picks up. when we returned to buy and are picking up the chair to save $129 delivery fee, they stated you'll be paying WA sales tax instead. Excuse me but that wasn't previously said. Can't be helped. try speaking to the mgr and you'll get "I'm only the manager today' and wouldn't help us.
