The last time we purchased our home was over 5 years ago, the rules have changed and underwriter is very particular on the detail. This is the first time we have worked with Futura Financial and we were able to complete a purchase of our new home sooner than we anticipated! Scott was very professional and got us through tough underwriting process and worked with us from the beginning to the final closing every steps of the way. I will use Futura Financial again and highly recommend them.

My husband and I now own our first home with the fantastic help from Scott Wilson and his team. The process was quick and Scott was able to respond to our questions and concerns promptly.
