Edit: After 6 years, we decided to stop by to take a look at the homes once more. Let me just say that the customer service was a lot better this time. I didn't feel like I was unwelcome and Linnette was much friendlier. I don't know if we caught her at a bad time 6 years ago but we had a much more pleasant experience. The only downside was that there were a lot less homes on the lot so there weren't much to look at. I've change my review from 1 to 4.
Original post: Honestly, if I could give this place no stars I would. We drove all the way to Tacoma from Bremerton to look at these manufactured homes because they had more options than what we had locally. We walked in and was greeted by a woman, Linnette Gonzalez, who did not look friendly at all. She gave us a little map and we walked around to look at the different models. When we were done, we walked back in the office and told her that we were interested in a specific company, Marlette homes. She had no interest in helping us whatsoever, but she did hand us her card. We walked out. If she didn't want our business, we will take it elsewhere. Her card said she was a sales consultant but there was no consulting thus there is no sale. She might want to find a different job because customer service is definitely not it.
