My insurance sent me here to repair my jeep from a front end accident. I was so happy that they came and towed my car same day. That was about the only thing I was happy with. After it got towed I didn’t hear back from the auto body for a week. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I was estimated another week for repair and parts to come in. No problem. I called 5 business days later and asked for an update (this was on a Thursday), and was told it would be ready by 4pm the following Wednesday. The problem wasn’t the pushing back of time, it was the ZERO communication. Wednesday rolls around, I call at 4pm and I get no answer but I leave a voicemail. I don’t get a call back the following day, so I call in the afternoon. I was now told it would be ready on Friday. Friday comes around (we are at 27 days at the shop) and I was called 30 minutes before closing to come get my car. Absolutely no communication about an estimated time, and no answer when I called at 9am and 1pm. Finally I get my car back and think the nightmare is over. Well, a few days later (I only drove it to the shop and home) my back tire is completely flat with THREE nails in it. It wasn’t flat after my accident because I drove it home. I called the auto body to ask what was happening and the response I got was. “My guys kept filling it up while it was here” and then a few minutes into the conversation I was told “we had no idea there was anything wrong with the tire.”
Please go somewhere else and save the headache.
