Used this company a few times, decided to go with a cheaper service. Guy who called was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. Sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. Will never use or evendors suggest this company

Looks like I am not the first to have a rude or uncomfortable phone conversation with these clowns. (Formerly G & C Carpet & Upholstry'- check those reviews; no wonder they renamed themselves.) 'Glen or Greg' called the house where I've rented a room for years and asked for 'Mrs. [Homeowner],' then HUNG UP on me for correcting him that there is no 'Mrs [Homeowner]- (he's been divorced for many years). The older man I rent from and live with receives many calls from solicitors and scammers all day long. After correcting him, and during my attempt to ask if he actually knows the homeowner (unlikely, since he didn't know his martital status), or was just cold calling, he interrupted that 'There is one, you're just not her!' and hung up on me. When I called the main line to complain, his associate was more concerned with my use of a swear word (oh, heavens!), than Glen's rude, unprofessional behavior. I will make sure the homeowner knows not to use this company.
