2 of my saltwater poles were destroyed during a move. No fault of Gloomis. Called Gloomis to see if there was an option to fix. Very friendly rep (wish I remembered his name) answered and helped me out. He sent me 2 new poles with a return label for the ones that were broken. Super easy! I did have to pay $75 for each pole, but much better than having to buy new ones. Thank you Gloomis and the rep that helped me. Been a Gloomis for over 10 years and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Buy there Rods, buy there shirts, and until today had there stickers on my trucks and boats. I have spent thousands and thousands. But when it's time for them to hold up there end of the bargain with warranty. They call you a liar and then tell you you set the hook at the wrong angle! What? They lost this life long customer.
Update!
They contacted me and made it right! I wish they could have just done this from the beginning. But I do appreciate them stepping up and resolving this issue. So I have changed my review to 4 stars. Sometimes it's not if you make a mistake. But what you do to correct that mistake, that makes all the difference!

Love their rods and the brand and have been a very loyal customer for over 20 years, but they have Very horrible customer service, they give you the run around and blame you for things that are mostly their fault. There are a few customers service reps that are down right rude for playing blame game and talking over you, also threatening to not give you rods and block your account after they already took your money. I hope they get things figured out but as of now my review stands and they have not made any attempts to right their wrong. I will provide all the names of the unruly customer service reps and will provide context.
