Took in two items that were brand new to be pressed. I have no idea what they did but the fabric looked washed and had a rippled pattern on them. Looked like they came out of the hamper. Their response was that it was the fabric. I took them to another cleaners in Hesperia and they couldn't figure out what they did that made the fabr rippled. The Hesperia cleaners is going to repress . G& M didn't even offer to do that.

Terrible attitude from employee; Older slender build female Hispanic with bleached blonde hair. I dropped 1 regular knit sweater on a Thursday & to be picked up Monday. Monday 12:30 pm I encountered this horrible employee at pick up. She seemed upset at the other 2 non-speaking English employees for not being able to find my sweater. In Spanish one lady says to her ‘it’s not ready still in the machine & be ready in 5 minutes ’ she comes to me and says it’s not ready. I explained to her I dropped this off Thu it’s Mon and that’s the day I was told to pick up. Immediately she shrugs her shoulders and says ‘and what do you want me to do?’ & ‘Come after 2pm’ Obviously nothing now, but simple communication at time of drop off would’ve been helpful & I wouldn’t waste my time nor gas coming at 12:30. Plus, the lady in the back said 5 minutes and now she was telling me to come back after 2pm. Anyways, horrible attitude and customer service, communication is KEY. I forgot to mentioned that after I told her that it would be helpful if at drop off it is explained that day of pick up is after 2pm she said ‘I didn’t tell you to come Monday and I don’t have time to be telling every customer after 2pm’. Lol seriously?! Smh… isn’t communication part of dealing with customers? Lady you’re old enough to know better. The following day I picked it up and she flung it at me. Thank you I said as I left and she “stared me down” lol as I left. Again, older gal.
