It was 9/16/21. He wouldn't look at or deal with emails he said. I have a vintage sofa with original fabric that needed a couple of sinuous springs fixed. He wanted me to bring it over. I explained to him. I live alone and upstairs no elevator. Never answered my email or anything. I even said maybe I can get help and bring it over. Let me know...heard nothing back. Seems like all he wanted to do was to reupholster it to fix the problem.
Oh well the jokes on him. I work in the furniture industry and make sure to tell everyone not to go there.

Dave, Chris and the team did an AMAZING job refinishing the sorely damaged cabinet of my grandmother's old singer sewing machine. The piece mattered to me because it was hers and I didn't trust myself to go it on my own. To be honest, I wasn't even sure if some of the damage could be smoothed away. It looks like new. The grain of the walnut is stunning and flawless (at least no flaws from human damage). I am so incredibly pleased and grateful. And I love the team there. The care, attention to detail, and dedication to craft shine through. And the people are simply really good humans, people you'd like to gather with around a campfire and just be. Kudos to you!
