We were so fountained to have found Gabrielle; she made the complexities of the house buying process a breeze to navigate. She quickly listened and understood our needs and wants, reconciling that with our budget and her profound knowledge of the current state of the market. Every step of the journey, she proactively provided honest, accurate, and detailed information on each listing that was of interest. Us being first-time homebuyers having a patient realtor whose always willing to take a step back and explain things was a true blessing. Gabrielle knows how to listen and she's 100% in your corner. At our first (virtual) meeting, she identified the perfect community for us on Bainbridge Island. We soon found a property we wanted but couldn't move fast enough to see it and get an offer in by the deadline. As luck would have it, that buyers' financing fell through. Gabrielle contacted us immediately and we were able to put in an offer -- which was accepted within four hours! Before we moved in, Gabrielle arranged for painting and some minor repair work to be done, oversaw the project and negotiated a fair price .
So, here we are, six weeks after closing, happily settled in our little home, and Gabrielle is STILL working for us. We're putting in some bookshelves and she got her favorite carpenter to make time in his busy schedule to complete the job. We've never known a realtor to do so much, before and after the sale. A hard worker who knows the area, pays attention, and is just a lovely person. We're so glad we found her.
