The room was clean, the bed was firm and the grounds were beautiful. I booked here because I wanted to use the salt pool and the hot tub. Both were out of service. The ice machine was out of service. I was charged a different price upon arrival even though I booked online directly with the hotel and staff had no explanation. And sadly the on-site restaurant is closed on Mondays... My stay was Sunday to Monday. Recommend calling ahead to make sure the amenities are working and open before booking. The website gave no warning that the pool and hot tub were out of service.

Needed a warmer comforter. The food was good at the banquet, but servers nevers brought us a new pitcher of water, i cleared our dishes off and then 3 hours after dinner I had to ask someone to come grab the rest of dinner plates and desert plates.

This place is a dump. The manager should be fired immediately. Disgusting walkways, unkempt, leaves and stains. My garage and driveway are cleaner. Room has picture window you can't see out. Who would charge a customer $135 to stay in a room where the window is unviewable? Black mold on the corner of the bathtub. Ice machine broken. No porcelon top to the toilet. This chain should be ashamed to be charging people to stay here.
