A nice shop with an enthusiastic owner, but only single issues, and a bit of a small store

I really want to like this place. I've never really been able to get a non-awkward conversation going with the owner and there just aren't that many shelves of product to be able to browse for long. I've been able to find some treasures in the bins of older comics, but the prices are always a bit of sticker shock. I think if I was already more steeped in the culture I'd feel more welcome and more able to strike up a conversation--but I think it's maybe more that this place is just not a shop for beginners or casual fans.

The little shope is grate (it is little) but it has comics and it is the only place in town. The selection is nice for the most part, Dean, the owner of the shop, will try to order anything that he might not have available for you if you ask. I have found a lot of nice stacks of comics when browsing the shelves. I recommend this shop to comic fans because it has a bit of every thing and the owner makes for good conversation, not to mention its the only one in town that I know of or would trust.
