It may look Beautiful and welcoming on the outside but the inside of this salon and services are absolutely terrible!
Walk in clients service request: 2 Pedicures,1 Full set 1 Nail removal and manicure. We were seated for our pedicures first. As one of us was receiving service, the other was sitting for 45 MINUTES IN COLD WATER NO JETS. Completely forgotten about. After 45 minutes she told the associate working on me politely if she could have warm water or move to another seat because her feet were very cold, the associate instead ADDS MORE cold water to the tub. An associate was made available to work on her but the results weren’t what she expected. As the associate worked on her his work did disappoint. From the cleanliness of her nails down to the color were absolutely terrible. After her pedicure was finished it was time for the full set. The client already had a set of Acrylic nails on, she wanted them removed and to put on a fresh set of nails. The associate instead dismisses what she wants and says get a fill. The client then again states no fill, just too remove the old set because it’s time for a new set of nails. The associate looked visibly irritated prior to the client even sat down. The associate’s technique on removing the previous nails was so aggressive that it broke the natural nail underneath to the point of blood seeping through. Obviously the client was in pain and asked her to use the drill to file down the acrylic INSTEAD OF using her way, that way no further harm will come of the her nails. The nail technician decided to use the drill which she controlled and push it too the fastest setting and HURTING the client MULTIPLE TIMES out of frustration.
The client’s patients was gone at this point, the Nail tech was hurting her on purpose and at this point it’s too painful to sit through. The nail tech decided it would be best to REMOVE HERSELF FROM THE ROOM AFTER HURTING the client multiple times and now leave her ALONE sitting in a bowl of ACETONE FOR ANOTHER 45 MINUTES. It wasn’t until after the client got up to show the other nail techs what their associate is doing to her, when she came back into the room and demanded for the client to sit back down and let her finish.
We should’ve walked out without paying, but out of consideration for the other associates trying to make us feel better we paid for 2 pedicure and 1 removal with a “manicure”. Absolutely deserving to walk out of but out the kindness of our hearts COULDNT bring to do!
Worst of all about the establishment…. $15 EXTRA FOR GEL POLISH?!?? ^^^DO NOT RECOMMEND^^^ ^^^One right next to Vallarta^^^
