UPDATED - 2nd visit. I ordered takeout chicken wings and fries this weekend. Immediately, the wings felt slimy and on further inspection were raw in the middle. I spoke with two different staff members over two days who each promised a call from a manager to resolve my complaint but I heard nothing. The customer service matches the standard of cooking.
1st visit The chicken was decent but items in my order were messed up. One item was missing and I had to wait for it to be cooked while the other food got cold.
Worst still, my side of garlic bread was actually a burger bun sliced in half. Maybe the restaurant was out of bread but the fact that it decided to serve burger buns rather than cancel the item speaks volumes.
This is tops is the chicken department. And it is not deep fried! 3 levels of spice or lemon chicken. Their sides are amazing too. No more boring fries and some spice to those too. If you haven't tried it, I would say give it a go. Reminds me of Piri Piri from London.
