I'm really sad to say this but I have been a customer for a while now and now you've lost one got a supposedly rare charizard come to figure out wasn't worth anything if anything you guys uncharged me for horrible centering and not even rare literally was only 17dollare but got charged 40 for it sorry but you've lost me

I've been here a couple times to buy gifts. The prices and selection seem great. However, like my last time there, I have trouble getting help finding what I need. The staff is reluctant to offer help and I feel rushed after having to wait for them to finish long conversations. It's a very alienating experience.

love it here! im mostly going for their weekly smash tournament but I absolutely adore looking at all the stuffed animals and Miku figures! and I almost always get some Pokemon cards before leaving! the employees are the sweetest too!! thank y'all for being awesome!! 🩷🩵🤍
