I recently lived in a apartment that this company has a contract with for carpet. When moving out of a 1 bedroom I am told that I would have to pay 546 dollars for a carpet that is pro rated from 925. The carpet is apartment grade carpet. I am also told it is a 5 year carpet. At best its a 2 year maybe 3 if you dont walk on it with shoes. I sold carpet for several years for a company that is known for being the number 1 carpet intstaller in the u.s.. When I say this carpet is cheap, I'm talking like 66 cents a sq foot cheap. I was advised by my complex I could reach out and ask why this company is charging so much for this carpet. I am told to ask to speak to Dan. When I first called no answer 2nd time no answer and left msg too. Finally a 3rd call I speak to Dan to ask why he is charging so much for an apartment grade carpet. He is unable to answer my simple questions like what is price for sq yard beacuse that is how carpet is sold when I tell him he is over charging he gets mad and hangs up on me. Real professional. If your smart you will go to home depot or Lowe's or hopefully anyone else before you get ripped off by this company.
