Rude employees who would rather read their magazines, and chat with each other , than to help customers. Ask a question about a product, and get met with a “ it’s over there”. I’ve seen customers walk out of the store stating that they would rather buy on Amazon, than spend a dime in the store, because of the employee attitudes, and disorganized inventory. Games of Brentwood is the exact opposite experience.

Pros: The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store has a huge inventory of gaming miniatures.
Cons: The store is a mess. I have a hard time shopping there because it’s difficult to see what they actually have in stock and for sale. Most aisles are clogged with boxes. The windows are completely covered by boxes.
Over the course of several visits over a month, there have been signs of an effort to organize everything, but clearly inventory is not moving fast enough to make room for new arrivals, so things keep piling up. Perhaps a sale or two would help reduce the total clutter?

Inventory is great for miniatures, cards of all games, D&D and many other things needed to get your game on. I don't bother with games of brentwood, I just go straight to Antioch. Service staff and owner are great and knowledgeable. Very nice experience. My daughter has been buying pokemon from here lately and munchkin. Please stop in for your game needs of east bay.
