Gamestar sucks. I bought a version of call of duty modern warfare 2 for the pc. But they ended up giving me a dud cd key that didn't work. I went to the store and asked them for a refund and they said I can't have a refund because pc games are sold as is. But they told me to contact steam and that steam would fix my problem. Over all don't trust gamestar. They will just screw you over.

We've had hit or miss experiences here. We generally don't expect to find a specific game that we're looking for the best price, but we've found fun games for cheap to try. Have never had bad service.

I was told that a product was coming available in 30 days when I called to make sure it was still coming available before the 30 days of holding. It seemed to be gone! I emailed someone on the website some replied back wondering what was the location and that they would make contact. That was almost a week ago and still response . For customer service they didn't even put their own name at the bottom . That shows a major disconnect from their customers . The reason why I give them a one star is because there is no zero.
