Received my game today but was missing the pre order bonus initially promised. Have been frustrated with GameStop's general mismanagement of pre orders and lack of customer support around them. Fine for a general visit but would recommend using alternative retailers for pre orders.

Really need to work on knowing how their own system works. I explained to this lady I didn't want to renew my membership because I don't really have the money for it. I just wanted to replace my daughter's switch. But she insisted that I could use my points for cover half the warranty so I said okay. Then she says I can't redeem the points and had to pay for the full price after just paying for the membership. She also did not ask me if I wanted the switch shipped to my home or the store. I usually get it shipped to the store because I lived in apartments. She really needs some training. I am very unhappy with this all.

We found a fun accessory. Although my family was there a couple of months ago while some customers were having a brawl. It's way too small for that.
