Received a call for the PS5 waiting list and arranged with the associate a convenient time after work to pick it up. As everyone knows in order to purchase a PS5 from any EB games it must be bundled with other accessories. The associate went over all the details and options with me before hand so it would be all ready. When I came to pick it up both associates were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the warranties. Was a great experience all around.

The Pitt Meadows Gamestop employees are all very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. Everytime I call or come in, everyone is so kind, polite and helpful. The store is maintained and organized so well compared to other Gamestop locations.Thanks so much to you guys for all the help! - The TF Guy

I just don't understand why they gotta be SO passive aggressive if you decline their warranty. They don't even stand behind it by the sounds of some of these reviews. No I do not want to pay $4 for a year of protection and I am not "lucky" that I've never had a game malfunction. I take care of my stuff.... Don't talk down to me because of it... Yeesh. I'll buy my games elsewhere.
