The staff was super helpful and pointed out that they had a bundle with the system I was looking at brand new that was cheaper than buying the used model I was looking at! At check out corporate had raised the price that same day but the guys quickly adjusted it to what they had told me earlier. All I had to do was point out that it rang up higher and they fixed it without any further discussion!

Fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable staff with grade A customer service. This will be the only GameStop I will be coming to moving forward, it was worth the extra commute from Lynnwood!

I had the pleasure of meeting a manager (can’t remember his name) he was mega helpful, and took my name down for a champion’s path box when they finally restock. They not only called me to tell me they’ve restocked DAY OF, but put one away for me since I’d requested it two weeks prior. The girl Vivian kept it locked up for me, and when I arrived she asked me about pre-ordering shining fates which is something no other store had let me do thus far. First time I’ve been able to not pay scalper fees, thank you very much you guys. ❤️❤️ 10 star service from very nice people, GameStop doesn’t deserve you.
