I come here because it is the closest Gamestop to my home. But it is not my preferred location. Not only do the employees never seem to understand when I am asking about a game, and often I have to repeat myself or pull up an image on google for them to get it, but they never answer their phone. I have been trying to call them for over half an hour and the phone just rings and rings. Please, get more coverage or a better phone policy.
