Terrible customer service. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted. The employee’s on duty just talked to each other. I wanted to purchase a game but the employees just kept talking to each other, instead of helping the only two customers in the store. I wouldn’t shop here

We recently traded in a console and accessories. The 2 employees assisting were so helpful and kind. They asked my younger son what his favorite games were and it was just overall a great interaction and customer service. I’m glad we have this resource in Moses Lake.

I just had a couple of questions. Treated like a an imbecile.
Children beware in this store. Agist-run video game stores are not kid-friendly.
