I got a PS5 here, and the whole process was very smooth. They had us wait in line, and kept it in an orderly fashion. When I made it to the front a got my PS5, the staff was super friendly and chatty. Not my first time at this gamestop (far from it) but I was so impressed with the way they handled the PS5 drop that I decided to leave a review

Scruffy dude working there fourth of July weekend was a complete douche. Walked up to the counter with $200 worth of stuff and my card out, walked away with nothing after the interaction.

This game stop was super helpful. Their website isn't the best, so I was able to call, and the employee helped me right you. It's in a convenient place and there are a lot of other stores close by. Of the game stop local, this one is our favorite!
