Worst experience I ever had with GameStop, location over by Safeway gave me no trouble when trying to trade in my Xbox but just because I have a different cover for the battery I couldn’t trade it in, the manager needs to be fired immediately for her customer service

The lady and the guy working today made sure not to say hi or goodbye to me and my stepson but said hello to everyone else that walked in and ask if they need help and told them all about the deals they were having maybe because we are Latinos and also told everyone else that was leaving the store to have a nice day. I was going to buy a $200 PlayStation controller at GameStop but I decided to buy it at target.

I was at a different store trading in items. While the staff was pleasant, they let me trade in 3 controllers (one was limited edition 😑) and never told me I needed a controller to trade in my system. Even though they seen me with the system. Because it was a "separate transaction" I could trade it in.

Came to this store in the mall, Chris got me situated to where I could trade in my system and get full trade credit towards upgraded console.

I did call beforehand and he was able to answer all of my many questions. Had everything ready for purchase and a pleasant attitude. Also informed me on all discounts on my items. Saved $45 in all 🥳.

Playing Elden Ring 💍 right now, still appreciating the great service.
